rgb fan gygabyt gtx 10180tu

I am about to RMA my GPU because I could swear to God that there was LEDS around the FANs first time I turned it on, and later it never show up again. Am I completely wrong ? Does it have RGB leds in or around the FANS? The "GYGABYTE" brand lights up fine, but there is no LEDs anywhere else in...
