windows 11 update fail

Apologies if this has been asked already - couldn't find a thread with a search. Windows 11 Pro 22H2 on two different brand new PCs - both HP - don't offer the option to upgrade from 22H2 to 23H2. Actually, one of them may have been 21H2. My concern is they'll never update and it's not me...

Hello, The below have both failed and have been stuck for the last couple of weeks, I've googled and tried several fix's... I got to the stage where I tried to fix the issue with a new install of windows (keeping my settings and files). However, this has failed twice ~50% in. Has anyone got...
