Hello to all
I have Xiaomi 11tpro I got from my friend and it worked nicely until it got into water but only for moment I don't know if this caused issue but I guess. So I somehow blew it off and dried it and it worked fine so I thought everything works fine.
So 2 3 days after that display...
Ive just bought a Chinese rom Xiaomi mi11 and I'm looking to get it flashed to the global rom as the overall experience has been pretty glitchy so far. I'm not confident enough with technology to do it myself, does anyone know anywhere that offers this service?
As title, my screen is cracked.:(
It's annoying me and I'm wondering what my options are. 100% sure it will require replacement, but where/who do I go to for that? Rest of phone is fine.
Any advice much appreciated.:)
Announcement is tomorrow I believe. There is also a Pro variant. Leaked specs:
6.67” LCD with 1080p resolution
144hz refresh rate
Snapdragon 865
8 GB LPDDR5 Ram
256gb UFS 3.1 storage
5000mah battery
33w fast charging
Ir blaster...
So the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro should be launching next month with some solid specs
CPU: Snapdragon 865
Ram: upto 12GB
Camera: Quad 108MP
Speakers: Stereo
Charge: 66w
Battery: 4500
Not entirely sure about screen resolution and refresh rate but hopefully QHD 90hz.
It will definitely be cheaper...
What are the chances of OverclockersUK getting this 34" 144Hz AMD FreeSync widescreen in?

18V 4.5A pumped into the phone. 17 minutes to charge to full whereas the 50W competition only reaches 65% as the Xiaomi one reaches 100.
I feel this will be a stop-gap solution until Graphene batteries hit the mainstream...
So far we know it has a dewdrop notch and the Snapdragon 855 CPU.
The price seems to be a lettle higher than one would expect https://m.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi_9_to_start_at_516_in_china_transparent_version_to_be_885-news-35547.php
Anyone planning to buy it?
I'll start with saying I own Galaxy S8, so not looking for a flagship.
I want secondary android phone that is nice to use, has decent specs, light skin if any and is dualsim.
I decided and ordered Xiaomi A1. The Moto G5S Plus was at decent price from Amazon, so went for it too.
Now have 2...
Last week the 4g on my Redmi 3s suddenly went off and hasn't come back since. I've got 2g and the occasional call comes through, and I've been sent 2 replacement Sims with no success. The APN settings seem to be right. Anyone know if this is a common thing and what the answer is?
