02 - Can I find out how often I text/call a month?

I am on pay as you go with 02, and I was looking at going on to contract, but I would like to find out how often I call, and text... Then I know how many minutes and texts I make a month, which would be handy for me to choose which price plan to go for! - Is there a way of working it out?

you used to be able to view them online at the o2 website but i think they've changed now

I was about to say that, but is that not for monthly only?

The only thing I can think of is using your phones stats/log if it has one. It won't be for each month though, just an overall total.

I want to find out for a pay and go phone though, not a monthly phone.

I have a K800i - Not sure where in the phone it is, if there is a stats log.

well for free txts it used to say how many you had left, but they totally re-did it now as it used to look like an old paper bill while online
