02 Refund

Nothing major just recently switched to Giff Gaff and was told that 02 were shutting my account down as at end of contact in June, which I requested they do. Anyway checked bank a few days ago and noticed they took a payment

Called them and found out they are issuing me a refend of approx £47

...Now what to spend it all on

You should buy close to 5000 penny chews and walk around the centre of your local town giving them out to people, it'll take an afternoon, and you'll get lots of smiles.
