02 XDA MINI S Problems

well ive had my phone about 3 or 4 month now and its getting OLD. the volume slider thing is sticking so it goes to full and keeps beeping.. till you slide it back down. and the same for down over.

the screen is starting to do some stange things..
mainly when im sending a txt it the writing will goo all fuzzy and this will happen..



should i send it back you think? will i have to pay?

Depends if the fault is covered under the manufacturers warranty, only O2 would be able to tell you that...

Sick of the problems with it, and also the lack of ONE feature in particular that drives me crazy, if you get a msg, the tone you assign will sound for the lenght of the tone, (i think mine is 6 seconds long) you cant stop it ringing, that just annoys me soo much. i wish it was a little more phone and a little less pda

i was in town today, next to an O2 shop and it wouldnt do it i kept doing the same things as i did lastnight to try and get it to **** up and it wouldnt do it. stupid phone, never does what i want it to.

oo also, i have the blue dial pad on it and i cant have any different themes that arent blue because it looks odd

i want a new phone. only 9 month to wait

If you say its faulty they have to take it. They'll prove it faulty and give you a new / refurbed one.

edit:

I think you just got a bad one. I know 2 people who have had them for around 6 months and they still work really well.
