No idea then dude. Mate who's younger than me just got a DC2 and his insurance was sub £400. Always wanted a Integra but always thought the insurance would be extortionate but ran some quotes and the DC2 was more expensive than a DC5.
I'm assuming you are fairly young with low NCB (due to the kind of car request). If you desire something of higher performance it probably would be cheaper in the long run to find something faster and just lump the first year or twos insurance rather than buying something slower, then changing cars in a couple of years. This is what I did years ago and ended up spending more money changing cars than I would have done in insurance.
I own a mg zr 1.4, they are fun cars to drive rev happy engines, but not the most comfortable plus build quality can b flakey but they do look good to me anyway
