wow thanks guys just stumbled upon this thread ill definetly bookmark that as im currently looking for a car

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH DAYINSURE.

Why?

Their site will sell a policy to anyone. Seriously, if you are 7 years old, you can buy an insurance policy for a BMW M5. However, it will be invalid.

You MUST read the terms and conditions, if you do not meet them, your paid for certificate is as much use as a chocolate fireguard and you will be UNINSURED.

This means:

a) You MUST be over 21 years of age
b) You MUST be over 25 years of age if the car is Group 18, 19 or 20
c) NO Jap imports
d) NO modified cars.

Be careful guys, just becuase it'll let you buy a 1 week policy aged 17 for a 911 Turbo doesnt mean you are insured.

If you have a policy in your hand you will be fine if you get pulled over and given a producer, but if you stack it, you're screwed - is this correct?

Only if the copper knows no better - the policy states its ONLY valid if the policyholder has adhered to the terms.... so you are uninsured.

it actually dosnt let you buy a policy if your under 21 :) , just tried to see what it would do and seems you have to be over 21 no matter it just means my dad can drive the car i buy home

Where does it say that on their site, think i have read most of the terms but didnt see that bit.

As if thats true my plans for world domination are voiled :p

edit - bah found it, and also if u have been banned in last 3 years.
