Part worns are ok as long as you find decent ones with good tread and in good condition and don't have 4 different types all around like some of my mates do.

A lot of part worn tyres come from countries where law dictates that tyres need to be changed/replaced for Winter/Summer tyres depending on the time of year.

This is a myth - people dont chuck away virtually new Contisports with 7mm left on it because its winter tyre time. They are retained for Summer.

they just have 2 sets of wheels which is way aldi sell alloy wheel holders/stacker and covers.

Were the replacement bushes voided? I'd have gone with the solid ones.
