Looks a lot better. The grass might need a bit of a touch up, but thats a really nice shot, HDR improved it a lot.
 
You can use a RAW and easily manipulate it in CS or Photomatix.

Another thing is to shoot 3 shots (or more), one over exposed, one under and on that is fine.

A good way is to get Photomatix as it does it for you.
 
Not a fan to be honest. There's no real subject, the sun is annoyingly half out of the frame, and there's no real composition to speak of. The effect is interesting, but at the end of the day you're still looking at a snapshot of some countryside.
 
I really like that, i don;t think it looks too processed either.

How did you do it?
This was done with 1 RAW image then I saved 3 images with different EV settings (-2, 0 and +2) using Lightroom. Then loaded the images into Photomatix and playedwith the settings until I got the result you see.

I understand there is no real subject, the HDR on this image was for my own benefit really. I think it also show that you can rescue a pretty crap image using this method.
