Looking to get a new internal drive since i'm running out of space so thought might as well go for a 1 TB one since that'l last me for a while
Been hearing a lot on these forums about the samsung spinpoint and the WD drives but not much about the seagate baracudas? Far as I know, years and years ago they used to be the most reliable drives out there. Has this changed now or is it just that samsung and WD are as reliable?
The drive will mostly be used for data storage (backups) and playing video files. So reliability is the most important. And nothing louder than my current 74 gb raptor please. That gets loud enough when it spins up.
