10 Years away from PC Gaming.....what have I missed?

So, new gaming PC turning up from OcUK next week (hopefully)! New monitor, keyboard & mouse sitting here waiting, current rig is 11 years old and has a 560ti 2GB so all i've played on PC most of the last decade is KSP & a few MMOs, looking for a few games that'll be a fun, immersive change, not into horror/jumpscare games like RE/Dead Space, played through a fair few games on Xbox One/Series X but open to trying them on a more powerful machine (I've heard even after 2000+ hours on GTA 5 its worth it for mods alone?) decent story based games (Gonna look at RDR2 as I never played lots of that on xbox) i'll grab some gamepass games like Horizon etc.. But just trying to think of some "must not miss" PC titles that I, well...missed :D

Sorry for the vagueness, but please, any opinions welcome!

- Enderal: Forgotten Stories
- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Forgotten City
- Dishonored 2
- Diablo II: Resurrected
- Dying Light
- Last of Us: Part I
 
Well, I hope you bought an ultrawide monitor, otherwise you're missing out on the single, most immersive PC component for gaming and productivity that I've ever bought, in my entire computer history.

And I've been around since Pong first arrived in pubs in an arcade machine, so a long time.

What did you play and enjoy on Series X ? Most of the universally popular single player games are on both platforms, so doubt you've missed out on too much.
 
There will absolutely be some simulator games depending what your hobbies are.

But I've I've over a hundred hours each in:
PC building simulator
Car mechanic simulator
Football manager
Command and conquer series

I know some of these are on console but PC with a keyboard and mouse for me.

Also any games you really enjoy but with mods. Sekiro for me.

I used to play pong at my cousins house as a kid. God damn that was a lo0ng time ago

I still play Battlefield 4 which is nearly 10 years old. Not sure things have moved on a huge amount gameplay-wise in that time tbh, visuals have certainly moved on, but much like smart phones its all a bit same-same for me, until the next big shift of course.
