No. You can continue to use it logged in as any accounts you have left on your PS3.

It wouldnt get deleted but you wouldnt be able to open it if the account was removed as you get some authorization error message iirc. My little brother brought a PS3 on Egay that was advertised with a load of PSN games but the bloke had deleted his account and he couldnt access any of them.

Incorrect. Home client has no DRM. The games do. I have deleted the account I downloaded it from (as have others) and it still works.
