£100-£150

Hello

I'm looking for a decent printer for £100-150, to print the occasional return label or letter. I don't want ink to cost the earth and I want a decent quality print. Can I get that at that price range or do I neeed to spend more?

Go for a brother laser printer, the toner won't dry out and mine has been running great on the free toner for the past year.

Just get the cheapest black and white laser printer,paid £40 for mine 4 years ago just for the odd label ect and I'm still on the original toner.

I got a Brother laser printer for the same reasons, only print once in a blue moon these days

I was going to suggest Brother laser also. One thing on the brothers is you can tape over a sensor on the ink carriage and this increases ink print range.

Laser 100% of the time if a) you don't use it very often b) you are OK with mono (colour laser printers are expensive to refill) and c) don't need to print photos.
