So for anyone who has been following my training log will know I have been on a plan called 100 days, but never really explained fully.

My Training Log

What is the 100 Day Plan?

The '100 Day Plan' is a new diet plan that we are bringing to the market SOON. No fat loss pills. No stupid meal replacement shakes. No silly "points" scheme. No crazy 'starve yourself for 2 days, eat what you like for 5'. This is the most advanced, healthy and detailed diet plan you will ever see.

Over the past, well, 100 Days, myself and 4 others have been on this new plan. The final stages of the plan come to a head yesterday We were on set pretty much 11hrs yesterday with 2 separate shoots lined up and a film crew following us! .
The transformation that we have ALL under gone over the past 100 days is, pretty impressive frankly, All 5 of us cover have 5 different body types, life styles, heights and body weights.

The plan is going to be aimed at anyone wanting to lose fat.....and most importantly, lose fat healthily! This plan can be tailored to ANYONES needs and goals with regards to fat loss. The most essential element of the 100 Day Plan is that its primary focus is HEALTHY EATING and BEING ACTIVE. Fat loss, as a result, is purely a by-product of both of those elements!

Anyway enough of the marketing, there will be plenty of information on the new website launching soon ;)

Naturally we have not received the official shots but we managed to grab a few behind the scenes shot of our iPhones. I am pretty restricted to what I can post at the moment but you can get the idea of the shape myself and the few other lads got into for this shoot.

9 hrs on shoot and then a 4 hour drive home later I am official ruined :(

First up me warming up with some ab stretches before starting to shoot :D

One of the other guys, come in at the best shape I have ever seen him, he actually stole the show.

Bit of prop work thinking about what type of shots we want!

At the end we had a second shoot, for my sponsor Skinny Chimp. This is just a little shot everyone jumped in on as we lined up, messing about right at the very end of the day just before we are about to jump back in our cars - hence the clothes and footwear :)

The girls have been involved in the 100 day plan, more on them when the website launches, but they looked in incredible shape.

Fantastic stuff. Dipped in and out of your "training log" but good on you.

Wish I could stick to something like this but with work/kids etc taking over most of the time I have, it would be difficult.

I'm sure some before and after pic's will follow but congrats again.

Looking shredded there Kai! nice work.

Is there anything new to this diet or is it just calorie restricted and eating really clean and strict?

Did you single you out to be the only one wearing no shorts :p

There is plenty of me in shorts, just wait ;) its just the shots here are before the shoot of me pumping up or at the end of the day about to jump back in the car :D

Well what the plan is going to offer;

-So what makes this plan different to any other plan on the market today?-

- Its completely tailor made to the individual
- A totally bespoke nutritional plan
- detailed workout plans
- email, Skype, face to face or phone with the 5 guys support as we have all done the plan, so we have been there, done it etc..
- Access to an exclusive '100 Day Plan' members forum for help and support
- Big Discounts to the highest quality meat provider in the UK.
- Discounts supplements & vitamins for your plan

The most important thing about this..... there isn't a SINGLE PLAN TEMPLATE. Unlike many other plans the100 day plan is NOT the same as someone else's! Why would it be? You are not the same as anyone else, and thus you should not be eating or training like everyone else! [ that's the marketing blurb ;) ]

Plus, its not really strict eating, we eat very strict the last 30 days (althought we new from start we needed to have a shoot) , but that was because we needed to get in shoot condition most people will want to loose fat so the plan will contain a fair amount of cheat meals and reefed days - things like the cookies etc can be in the plan that I posted.

Any ideas when this will be on the market ?

Plan is end of June. I will be keep this thread active. But please send me a message if interested, as we already have a waiting list to join which is just gone over 50+ people since putting something on Facebook Thursday night

Ah so it looks like a tailored diet which is packaged with some other bits to make it more marketable. Not trying to slate it, just trying to understand if it's some new way of doing things or just some clever chaps providing tailored diet plans.

Quite an important distinction, because most of it is common sense. However, common sense doesn't come in a pill that people can take with their evening glass of wine...

guess it all comes down to "cost" of the program as to whether people are willing to pay for it.

People in my office pay £60/month for a dubious diet plan and 3 sessions of being yelled at a week to do burpees in a field at a silly time in the morning, so I'll bet whatever this diet plan does, people will subscribe.

My issue with kai's premise is that the guys involved are already in the 'industry' and have a pre-existing training ethic (shock! Lean fitness model gets even leaner!). For regular loafers, it may well be a completely different story.

Either way, I don't know if it's because of the shorts and trousers involved but regarding the last pic:

Best arms: kai
Best wheels: chick on the right.

Well, this is still being decided. However, there are likely to be 3 packages: -

A Silver *UNSUPPORTED* 100 Day Plan version
For those who simply need a steer in the right direction.

- A Gold 100 Day Plan
For those who want all of the above listed elements, *excluding* 1-2-1 ongoing phone/email support. Plan updates/changes based on your progression over the 100 days, ARE, however included in this package.

- A Platinum 100 Day Plan
This is for those who want all of the above, including full 1-2-1 email, phone, Skype and face-2-face support. This plan also includes 10 PT sessions (1 every 10 days) and exclusive access to a plethora of Platinum Member Only video blogs/recipes.

One of the girls, and the guy who turned up the most shredded have not had any involvement or exposure in the industry however I see your point - taken that on board.

as for best wheels, Charlotte has the best calf's you will ever seen on a female natural athlete. The photographer who is a one the best in the industry commented on all his years he has never seen anyone with that sort of development. nearly 16'' calfs :o

Surely it's not a new diet plan it's just a new business in an existing competitive market full of amateur body builders offering customized and tailored diet plans? Seems window shopped as the worlds full of personal trainers and nutritionists doing the exact same thing. Also PLAT gets access to recipes and blog videos which I bet all can be found for free on YouTube? Not slating just not wowed. Look at someone like Joseph Reich who does the exact same thing and makes little money.

Appreciate your feedback but the amount of interest already in this has been insane so there is obviously a demand for such a service. Between us all we have a serious amount of followers fb/twitter etc.

it's not granted a new diet plan that is going to shock the industry it's a structured well designed individual plan that has had 5 experienced guys working on and help work with you through the process. Alongside several interviews and meetings with wbff pro's / men's health editors and one of the top strength and condition experts to sound out the plan and give advice, tips was conducted before we carried out the process for ourselves.

Bull**** :)

Sorry kai, I know you're only trying to do good by the people involved in this and spread the word. I respect your achievements massively, but I can't buy into this.

You'll be charging for a diet people have been doing for years, only you guys will give it a fancy name and restructure it a bit to make it look like it's a new discovery and some new miracle diet

The fact is tailor made means nothing, it's still going to be the same theory behind it

Exactly that.

You can use fancy words and make it as shiny as you can but at the end of the day i can't see what it could possibly include that i couldn't work out for myself by browsing the net for an hour or get for free from one of many people on here.

Agree, with both above comments but many people need "hand holding" it's that simple.

it's a structured plan with help, advice and support rolled up into one. I was not 100% sure if I should have included the marketing blurb because end of the day 90% people here have enough knowledge to put a together well structured plan for a balanced weight loss plan with the tweaks needed each week based on progress.

People outside this forum, don't necessary want the hassle of working out the macro's, structured plans and diet advice. They need that structure.

But as for general fat loss, there is nothing revolutionary and we don't claim it to be. it's just a solid structure that simply provides that assistance to help people with fat loss, get in shape or achieve the goal.

If that's all it is, then fair play and good luck to you. It's a good idea and plenty of money to be made from it :)

It just irked me a bit when I read it's this radical new diet

That's the marketing company putting a "spin" it needs to go past us first. It was a copy and paste exercise. We have a good month or two or so before this goes live.

You can do me a diet if you want, I'll be a guinea pig. You owe me a diet :p

haha, I will see what I can do :D. As I said I will keep this post fairly active leading up to launch etc.

I know you will want to see the before and after pictures

What's 'a serious number of Twitter and Facebook followers'? I remember reading about how only 1% of Facebook likes is followed up by that person revisiting the page ever again - the conversion rate is horrible.

10 - 15k followers between us but that's not with any backing from all our sponsors so easily 60 - 80k
