100% fan

Will having the fan on my 3870 on constant 100% harm it in any way, I dont mind the noise, i just want the card to keep cool.

No, it won't hurt it. It might clog up with dust faster due to the increased airflow. Keep your eye on its cleanliness.

Thanks guys, it is a tad noisy, but i think ill keep it at about 80%, just to keep it cool, it idles at around 30 degrees which is a vast improvement on my 8400GS but i was just thinking about overclocking

At stock fan speeds overclocking should not be an issue I would have though, they are fine up to 80 degrees itwont harm them even higher wont.

well i got it to 867MHz clock and 2700 effective memory and it was up to 90 degrees with fan at stock speeds

And what % is stock speeds?, if its say 30% try 40-45-50%.
