£100 for Gaming Headphones

Hi

For my birthday my girlfriend has offered to get me a set of gaming headphones, I have looked at

* Logitech G35 Gaming USB Headset PC 7.1Ch Surround

* Corsair Gaming Audio Series HS1 USB Gaming Headset

She has set a budget of upto £100. Just wondering which one is better overall or if anyone can recommend something else, I will also use them for audio and movies.

Thanks for the advise guys, Ive currently got this sound card http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SC-052-CL&groupid=701&catid=11&subcat= which im more than happy with tbh.

I think I will ask her for the G35's then.
