The two flats I've lived in on my own I got all of it back, whenever I've lived with other people I haven't :/ That has been down to the agents rather than the state of the property though.

I intend to get my full deposit back when I move out, I was a complete stickler with the inventory clerk when I checked in. Got her to pick up every single mark, scratch and ding from top to bottom. Took 3 hours.
