Looking for a hand here guys.

Been paid allowed to treat myself and have a 100 quid budget.

At the moment im using a 10£ mouse and keyboard from argos what was just a put me on and im struggling on picking what to get this month.

The keyboard side of things i want Mechanical and it has to be able to macro and be backlit.

The mouse i would like a weighted one which is adjustable because i have big hands. I have been looking at the RAT series just because it has the extra buttons and again you can weight it etc.

Or do i save my money and buy Simcity and wait another month?

Spec me please :D

you could get a mouse and sim city, sim city you also will get a free game if you activate your game on origin before the 26th of march. you would then have about 60 quid left for a mouse such as these

YOUR BASKET
1 x Razer DeathAdder 2013 6400 DPI Essential Ergonomic Gaming Mouse £53.99
1 x Roccat Kone+ 6000 DPI Max Customization Gaming Mouse £49.99
1 x Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 5 5600 DPI Gaming Mouse £49.99
1 x Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 3 3500 DPI Gaming Mouse £39.95
Total : £205.32 (includes shipping : £9.50).

and the logitech g9x, OCUK dont sell it any more but its about 50ish quid and is a really good mouse

Mechanical keyboard wise, for under 100 quid this one should do http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-002-CS it has backlighting and also macro keys galore but the macro keys arent mechanical and neither are the f1-f12, del insert, home, end, page up, page donw and esc keys but otherwise it is a good keyboard. also if you are looking for a mechanical keyboard you will need to search around for which type of switch you like, go to youtube and search for the sound of the dofferent switches and also look at this http://www.overclock.net/t/491752/mechanical-keyboard-guide

Another option if you don't mind not having a mech keyboard is the G110.. I have one and has all the features you need..

Not mech though, just giving you more to mull over.

I've got the Rat 5 mouse, and I also have quite large hands, and to be honest it's not all that. Yes I know it's 'adjustable to suit all' but it's just quite uncomfortable for me, it's too low and I can't get a comfortable grip on it. I'll be getting rid of it very soon. Another option is go into your local pc world and have a feel, I know it's a terrible place (well my store is anyway) but you can have a play with a few out on display.

+1 i have the g110 its half the price and does everything you need, backlighting, and macros plus the macros are really easy to setup
