GTX 580 is a very powerful video card, few months ago it was most powerful in the world.

You can cut down on PSU if you wish to do so, 850W is an overkill if you`re not planning to SLI

Or you can go for this spec, you can always add SSD later on but you cant add 2nd CPU, however 3770K wont be much use in todays games but should prolong PC life in future, since I am pretty sure in few years games will make good use of hyperthreads same story as with Quad cores v Dual Cores few years ago, when everyone said get the Dual Core over Quad, however Quads are still working well to this day unlike duals.
