I already have a 1TB HDD and an ODD so those are not a problem, wonderind if I need to immediately buy an aftermarket CPU cooler if I am not overclocking immediately, I would look to get a Corsair H80i in the future.

Just a look through these parts to tell me if they are all OK would be great! Thanks

if you're going for a matx mobo why not go with a matx case like a corsair 350d?

edit!!! ignore my message, you have a ATX mobo!

True but it could be loud...

He says he will upgrade the cooler later. He could use the windows 8 enterprise evaluation edition for free on a 3 month trial. Bide his time and see what Windows 8.1 (should get it's own preview) does and the worry about buying the OS much later. That would give him cash for a cooler now but I'd prefer the K2 Mount Doom over a 120mm rad CLC

If he wants the OS from the get go.....

GPU has a longer warranty and is clocked faster out of the box. SSD has a slightly larger capacity and better write speeds. RAM is guaranteed @2400Mhz and has LED lighting to keep the blue colour scheme

I know nothing about the Avexir brand and I would prefer to stick with a brand that I know is reputable, is the 2400MHz going to be a lot more effective than the Corsair Vengeance Pro at 1600MHz?
