£1000 ryzen upgrade

Looking to upgrade my machine, it's so old now that the only things I can rescue are two SSDs and the PSU. This is what I'm looking at so far, would you suggest any changes to maximise bang for buck?

I would go for the palit jetstream over the msi aero. The aero is a blower cooler which will be pretty noisy.

Get the palit super jetstream as mentioned above and this cooler would look good with your case.

I have the HD3 motherboard and so far has been good for compatibility as well as price.

Having had a quick look at the case, the max gpu length is 280mm and the jetstream is listed as board size 285mm on the palit site.

The blower cooler msi is 269mm long and this msi gpu is 279mm so will just fit.

If the PC is that old a new PSU may be a good idea. You don't want a faulty PSU destroying your expensive new PC.
