what Operating System are you going to use?

you may want to get a hx520 over the vx450, as you may be running the vx450 close to its peak. otherwise you have all the bits you need for your PC

also unless you are stealthing/hiding your DVD drive, try getting a one that will match yoru case color.

Just posted this on another thread.. but sounds like what your wanting....

This is Partially a gaming spec, but without the highest end gpu....

This PSU is pretty good, but you may wanna change to the HX520 ( as said above )

Also, if you want to save some pennies...
You could get the cheaper wolfdale 2.66Ghz - saving £23
Gone with a Tuniq here, to keep temps down, but if your not gonna oc at all, a AC 7 Pro may just do the trick saving some money there too ! - Saving £15
And you can knock off the price of Vista too, as you allready have x64 - saving a further £70.. so already under £1,000
