That body kit though

Its like the designer just gave up on the rear bumper, it looks completely out of place with the tailgate.

Bet it shifts though

It appears to be function over form though, I mean how do you get wide arches without a silly rear bumper? The only thing that can be fixed is the location of the exhausts really.

Depends how they've fitted the engine, if they've used the front end of the donor car grafted in the back of the Pug, wide arches would have been a necessity...bet its scary when the back decides to overtake the front...

Making the car handle well again will require considerable expertise though. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a total death trap.

Yeah my friend is rear-fitting a V6 omega engine in his Mini! Going to be a death box!

I'm guessing the wide footprint on the rear is to hold it on the road better, rather than just having it at stock width and going everywhere backwards/in a spin. This means they needed to widen the arches...and doing just the arches would be even more silly.

Looks like it could be an entertaining drive, but I wouldn't own it.

Much more likely they have simply used the engine donors driveshafts, uprights and suspension so width is the same as the donor car (Prelude I suspect).
