1066mhz pc8500 memory stuck at 800mhz!

If you can afford it I'm hearing good things about the X38 chipset. It's a shame that board won't run how it should.

Would prefer the x38 chipset but I don't know of any x38 boards that support ddr2 & ddr3. If you know of any let me know cheers

It may be worth considering/ waiting for the 790i motherboard if DDR3 is a requirement
