1070TI UNDER £400: UK CHEAPEST & ENDS 18:00 TODAY!!!

You don't. Palit is processed via the retailer, no need to register anything.

http://www.palit.com/palit/rma.php?lang=en

"If you did not purchase Palit's products directly from us, please contact with your direct vendor for RMA service."

Warranty is apparently also 3 years now if bought from 01.01.18. http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/gainward_palit_increase_warranty_three_years.html

Ocuk still list two, so not sure if news is wrong, not been updated or doesn't apply to UK. Dunno how to tag gibbo either to check.

seems to be US focused that spreadsheet as some of it doesn't match UK

You have a whole 6 years of warranty in england with the retailer really on something that should last that long... The quoated warranty with these is just with the manufacturer.

Don't think that's true. As I understand SoG / Consumer Rights Act '15 - you have a right to a minimum 2-year warranty. The statute of limitations in the UK then allows up to 6 years, in which there are 2 periods. The first is 6 months, where the burden of proof is on the retailer to determine the fault with a product is the buyer rather than the manufacturer. The second is the 5.5 years thereafter, where the burden of proof shifts to the buyer to demonstrate a fault is due to manufacturer failure rather than buyer misuse or breakage. In the first (6 month) period you're due a refund. In the latter period, its repair, failing that replacement. Refund after 6 months is down to individual retailer policy or a court ruling (wherein you'll likely get a partial refund, based on the usage you had out of the product and expected life).

BTW this card now appears to be £419.99 = )

Yeah read my whole reply. Its not a warranty at that point and the burden of proof is on you after 180 days unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.
