Really need some help here, just brought a 1080 ichill x3, I've had some problems with graphics cards in the past with them not working.
This started off as usual ASUS Sabertooth Z77 not booting with more than 1 stick of RAM, took one out and managed to boot to Windows, installed the drivers from disc and now the old problem again. I can get to bios but as soon as it boots to Windows the display turns off and I get no picture, I really need some help here...

Well it all started about a year ago, I took my GTX 780 out so I could clean my rig, when I put it back in I had this problem.

I swapped my PSU for a new one, a corsair HX750i same problem, bios is updated to latest, cmos has been cleared, when the drivers are deleted it works but as soon as they are installed it stops working

Is it possible that something was damaged when you took the 780 out to clean everything. It seems too much of a conincidence that it all started then.

I had exactly this issue with my old Sabertooth 990FX board, would only boot with a single stick, I found that going into the bios checking the speed of the memory and it ended up being wrong, I had to manually set the RAM speed to the correct value and then everything worked fine, no idea to this day why the board wouldn't do it on it's own.

I would make sure everything is seated/installed correctly. Reset the mother board bios, make sure the bios settings are correct then reinstall windows. I would then look at updating the bios if this fails to work.

Tell a lie, performed windows update now it's not working at all

Latest nvidia driver on a USB stick, Unplug ethernet cable / turn off your wifi router whatever no internet = no updates, format again install windows, install latest driver. In case a windows update is screwing something.
