I am using an inno3d 1080 x2.
At base clocks 1607 I get 60 fps using kombuster lakes of Titan x64 1440 8x msa settings.
I can add a hefty 250mhz to that clock and the boost shows in monitoring software that it's hitting as high as 2110mhz yet the fps remains the same at 60. I am using precision evga.
Is the CPU limited perhaps? I7 4790k at 4.8. 16gb ram
My settings in evga were power limit 120% plus the offset, nothing on memory

if you already have everything maxed in games then yeah just bang it back to stock. I guess with cards that powerful your maxing all teh settings anyway unless you go 4k+
