Ok, so I need a 1080p monitor for my work PC to increase productivity.

I have one for my home PC which I can donate, then buy a new 1440p or big 1080p for home.

The question is though, can I run a 1080p monitor on a Core2 duo without experiencing performance issues. Bearing in mind that I am aiming to increase productivity, I don't want to be waiting on lag.

Ok thanks guys. I suppose I'll just have to give it a go and see what happens.

Bit worried that image editing might be poor but I don't do much of that.
