Anyone got any recommendations for the best 1080ti for around £700?

I'm not really interested in overclocking or watercooling, just want a reasonably quiet, cool, powerful card to replace my 980ti for VR, mainly for multisampling to improve the image quality.

@Patberts19 nvidia boost will use the extra thermal headroom available on aftermarket cards, so yes, there may be a performance difference in favour of aftermarket cards.
however it also depends on the silicon lottery

Right but I'm guessing no difference in performance?

With the 1080ti being a powerful card it takes a good cooler to keep it cool and if you can keep them cool they will boost higher clocks, so the better coolers are faster.

With lower end cards like 1060/1070/1080 the cooler doesn't make as much difference as they are easier to cool.
