1080ti Upgrade

Ordered a Sapphire 7800XT Nitro + from Overclockers.

He has a buyer for his 1080ti for £175

£344 upgrade cost

Thanks everyone

Looking back over Nvidia offerings I feel they are taking the urine from their customers.

The 1080ti though Is one of the best GFX cards ever engineered...Its legendary

My favourite card tbh, bought it on release and rocked it until the 3080. In fact, i'm refitting it into another PC tomorrow, a friend's. Still a capable card.

Saying it's barely passable for 1440P is ridiculous. From someone who actually games at 1440P.
It's ultra wide, my 4070 is on a Samsung Q9 UW, he's right it's barely passable even with all the DLSS 2.5/3 whistles.

Edit. Wasn't being negative, but it's only got 12Gb combined with the 192 bus, it's live in the moment limitations will no doubt equate to my 79XTX getting moved into that rig next gen.

I appreciate that, but the comment I was responding to was regarding 1440P. Anyway seems OP has found his card, enjoy!
