1080ti will not boost

[/URL] it boosted to 1911mhz at stock and 2101 with an overclock, the cards def not boosting not getting warm enough.

Can you try in a game or non synthetic? My card also has quirks like not boosting when on combustor tests. But it might be a RMA jobbie

stuck at 1480mhz in games as well, card was fine in old mb, 1911mhz stock and 2101 overclocked.Thinking of sending the motherboard back, unless there is a power saving feature in the maximus x formula bios im missing ?

Check the settings for the PCIE slots in your motherboards bios, sceptically on the power saving front on the of chance PCIE power saving stuff on your board is stopping your card from boosting correctly. Maybe a flash of the MB and Cards bios will help

think i found the pcie power saving option ,it was disabled , i have joined asus forum but waiting on anti spam verification before i can post.

was a though, you could try and force the slot to be PCIE Gen 2 or 1 instead of 3 and see if that makes a difference

opened a ticket with asus, will see what they say, looks like RMA now, cheers for the help guys
