i have been running my 1090T for months at 3.9Ghz then a few days ago it kept blue screening , i dropped it to 3.6Ghz @1.39-1.4v and it was runing fine until today as it blue screened again so dropped it to stock .also updated to the new bios that was released today , my specs are in the link in my sig so what should i do as it seem to run my crossfired 6970's better when overclocked

It would be worthwile checkimg the 12v power connector..
The 4/8 pin socket.

Sometimes the connections can start to burn and erode.
Causing the issue you describe.

got it running at 4ghz @1.46v but the temp hits 59c in prime 95 , is this something i should worry about ? (see sig for more detail)

You do have a bit of drop on the 12V line, like pcz says check the psu cable and maybe try another psu if you have one to hand.

software cant reliably test voltages from what i understand and you can expect a small range of change in the 12v line and also the max temp for the 1090t is 62C from what i can understand so you might wanna be carefull, i suggest stripping it down to a skeleton rig and re-applying the TPU, what TPU are you using aswell?

all your North and Southbridge temps seem fine so it could be the 12v line however im not too sure, i think you should strip it to a skeleton rig and then report back from there,

re-applied the Tim last week which is mx4 , only in prime95 it reaches those temps .
while gaming it is about 44c while playing rage + dirt3 and crysis2

edit : just lowered the voltage to 1.45 and the max temp is now 54c instead of 59c

Well even if it died past your retailers rma period you still have amd to rma back to and they where great with my 965.

well it has started stuttering in games tonight , nothing has been change since i clocked it to 4ghz . temps while gaming never go above 45c so something in not right :(
