10k run - good time?

@Rich: awesome! I really want to run that fast but always fails due to my overweight and chubby physic. I’m trying hard to get rid of my fats and to run more than my current ratio. I’m consulting different sporting news and sports magazine to improve my physic and running speed.
 
Just keep plugging away and the weight absolutely falls off. Just gotta get into a routine. Dropped from 17.5 to just under 14 stone myself. Never felt better :)
Might be worth mixing some Exercise or real biking in there too to mix it up, thats what I did :)
 
Treadmills are the running equivalent of partial squats - not a realistic indicator of actual running speed. Get out on the road and run like a real athlete! :p

This. Also you dont get the wind resistance etc so treadmills are a lot easier to run on.

Although in the pro's column my last gym usually has an abundance of nice looking women to keep me entertained while I was there!
