Can you not just buy them entirely through your phone on her account?

I don't seem to be able to.
I had this problem before, I had my personal account on the phone and added my work gmail account.
Both work with the phone, they can reveive emails at the same time on the same phone which is great, but any apps I buy for the work account don't show up.
It's as if the phone is locked to one account which it will download apps etc., to and will allow other accounts for basic things like checking email but that's it.
I suppose if I wiped the phone it work but that seems like a bit of a nuclear option for something which sounds so simple...

Errr...I don't know.
I did wonder if it was an old version so looked at 'my apps' in the market and it didn't give me an option to update the market so I assume it's up to date.

I wish they would put a music app up for 10p too many games that keep my interest for all of about 10 seconds

Thanks for the posts everyone, I've managed to get it sorted.
It is the market that's the problem, it's the old version of it and doesn't have an option to change accounts. When I logged in with my Asus Transformer, the option was there to change accounts and it was sorted in seconds.
Shame the phone won't update to the new market.
I'll stop hijacking the thread now!

You can download the APK online & install it that way.
