10TB hard drive

I have 2x 8TB WD Red at home in my HTPC/NAS box and the rebuild or re-synching time is loooooooooong, it took a whole day to resync after I reinstalled the OS. So personally I currently wouldn't get any larger disks and instead would prefer to add more disks instead. 10 TB is too big for 1 disk

Which is why you run the OS on a USB, or small SSD. Full re-syncs should be once in a blue moon.

Recently I've only just started getting under 400GB on my 5 year old WD Black that I use for all my movies/porn etc, it's surprising how fast you can use storage with box sets

One day 10Tbyte will seem so small!

When UHD becomes mainstream then 4TB will become the new 1TB imo.

same here, I had a 120mb hard drive for my Amiga 500. Thought I'd never fill it up!

I see the crazy pricing continues. I bought a 10TB red pro last week at 385, this week 420.
