Did you try the latest drivers?
Wi-Fi

Graphics
Serial I/O
Might sort the issues out, I'd go last one first, as that is the most likely one you've missed.
Perfect, the Serial I/O drivers updated the PCI Driver and Unknown Device.
This now leaves SM Bus Controller and 1 more PCI Device to find.
Hi, it's the Bluetooth. I have the same unknown device. The driver no longer works with latest Windows and no new driver is available.
Though in your case you seem to have a few more unknowns.
Typical of ASUS not to include these for the B560 TUF WiFi.
Did the newer BT and WiFi not resolve anything?
I'm afraid not, it appears I already had these drivers installed? However BT and WiFi are working great, really odd?

Finally, all sorted! Contacted ASUS and it appears there was a driver package missing, downloaded and all sorted.
