Same as the 775 varient when it comes, no real diff between server chips and desktop chips besides some people saying theyre made from higher grade silicon to let them run 24/7, dunno if thats ever been proven though.

Clock for clock they're better than current C2Ds, but since it's S771 motherboards will be a lot more expensive I would have thought.

S771 also means FBDIMMs, so any overclocking is a pipe dream. Assuming one can afford to buy a single FBDIMM, however.

Am I right in thinking that in theory the E5450 should overclock considerably higher than the E5410? Or is each variant just higher clocked versions of the same basic chip?
