The PSU may look like overkill with a single card motherboard but I'd rather have room on the PSU as I've had 3 die in the past, Antec being the only brand that have been rock solid in my experience
Upgrade path would not be SLI - more like donate the 470 to my wife and buy a faster single slot card in the future.
My biggest concern is over the 470 flavour and the CPU cooler - not sure if its the best for an I5 but they all seem to be much of a muchness?
