128GB Ipad 8th Gen or 64GB Ipad Air 4th Gen which one ?

The Air in space grey is on Amazon for £550 shipping in 1-2 days. Storage isn't an issue for me, most of my stuff is in the cloud, and how many games can you play at one time. It's not like they are 50GB+ PS5 or Xbox downloads, couple of gig max wouldn't take long.

I've always liked the Air but I do think Apple are taking the mick not having an oled screen on this for that price.

I changed my mind now and am either going to be buying the 256GB 11" pro 2020 or am going to wait and see if a new pro does get released in March

After playing for about 8 hours on an ipad air 4 that i bought for a family member i noticed i really want a 120hz screen..
(Not sure if a 120hz screen would help as it could just be my eyes are not used to the scrolling on an ipad screen)

120hz OLED screen definitely the way to go, that would be why I'd buy a Pro.

Do you really need the additional storage? Not sure your use case but I've never found much need for so much on a tablet.

I would save £100 or put it towards some accessories such as the Pencil and a case.

There rumours that the new 12.9" pro may get a Mini Led screen
(But am looking at buying only the 11" version)

I rather have too much storage then not enough as i hate having to find stuff to delete all the time when I run out of space..
Plus am hoping to keep the new iPad for around 4 or 5 years and everything gets bigger all the time (OS updates, games, Apps etc )

But i have been thinking if i go for the cheaper 128GB version with the money i save i could put that towards buying the cellular version instead of just the Wi-Fi version
