OCUK isn't the only shop in the world, they are the cheapest though for that SSD. I'll give em to Monday/Tuesday to get em in.

Hmm they seem to have gone up in price since the initial stock. Glad I got mine in when I did.

Not having had any other SSDs to compare it to, I can't really say much. But compared to a HDD, it's a very snappy and responsive drive. Seems to be the best Ildilinx drive for price per GB.

For the best price/performance: Crucial 128GB
For just the best performance: Intel 160GB

100% Agreed. We need SSD standards because some drives are cheaper but better/same than more expensive drives.

Intel SSD is definitely faster in benchmarks, but it's also over £130 more expensive than the Crucial. You can almost buy a 256GB Crucial for the cost of the 160GB Intel.
