1333fsb cpu's when?

My mates QX6850 tops out at 3.7ghz on air, Noctua.

Depends on the revision. If you have a rev 3.3 then yes. If you have a rev 2.0 with your DS3 as i have with my DS3P then Gigabyte will not give me a straight answer until they go and test one. Theoretically you could overclock the motherboard to 333mhz (333xquad pumped =1333mhz) and it should run fine. I am running a 374mhz fsb so i should be ok. I will be going for one of the E6850's once i sell a pc i have put together.

temps are still prity cool @ 40 - 46C idel and 52 - 58C under load and on air.

however i have this clocked back to 3ghz now with the 8800ultra
