As others have said they cost way way too mcuh, I wanted one but could not bring my self to pay 25k when a used E92 335i is only 20k.

You don't notice the diesel noise when the car is moving windows open or closed....only slightly when idle, "4pot" or not. At least this is the case on the new Mercedes and i imagine it would be exactly the same on the 123d.

That a 35k 1-series is ridiculous.

Comparing (say) a 120d against an 8k Fiesta was silly then, an 135i is off the scale.
