A i am confused.
Too many good reviews for ML140 Pro, looks like paid ones
Not much information about Silent Wings 3, a lot off complains about NOCTUA
I am wondering which fans i should buy to use with my radiator?
By specs ML140pro looks good, but SW3 looks like super quality thing, any advice?

Well I switched to 7 ML140 pro's in my case with push/pull through a 280mm radiator. Controlled through PWN I swear by them, but they are pricey. The ML motor is basically silent since there is no friction, any noise comes from air turbulence.

I use both the standard and high speed versions of the silent wing 3 fans on rads and just as air intakes also. Great fans love them, very nice sound and very quiet.

Noiseblocker b14-3 or Phanteks f140mp according to the noise graphs on thermalbench. It probably makes no difference since unless the radiator has low FPI and no filters or other obstructions there's going to be a unpredictable interactions generating a lot of noise to get air flow.

ML140 are good but some users have had noise issues with them
Silent Wings 3 140mm High Speed PWM are very good but expensive
Indeed, Noctua 140mm are not really top tier radiator fans.
PH-F140MP are quite good and 2-pack is £16.26 but are currently out of stock .. single prices are £13-14.
