140mm fans

On wednesday I will be recieving a shiny new Thermalright AXP-140.
Now this comes with Thermalright's X-Silent 140 fan.

So:
1) Has anyone had any experience of the X-Silent fans? Are they any good?

and

2) If they do turn out to be a pile of excrement what good 140mm fans are there out there? I've heard good things about Thermalright's other fans (TY-140) and also the Yate-Loon 140mm fans. How about the Noctua P14?

Noctua P-14 = win.

Depends on how loud you can handle really.

Is the P14 really loud then? Sound is not a huge issue if the fan has PWM support but if not then it should be atleast vaguely tolerable as I sit barely 2ft away from the exposed fan.

Hi, using three of these in my custom loop, > Prolimatech Blue Vortex Blue Wings 140mm Fan, my Pc is right by my side and the Rad is mounted on the rear, they spin at 1100rpm very quiet 18.1dba and have a good air flow.
