1440p Freesync Monitor?

Ever since I heard of freesync last year I've been waiting to buy one. It's been over a year of waiting and very few if any monitors seem to meet all my requirements.
[1440p, 144hz, ips and freesync]

I'm not sure about waiting any longer, unless there's something amazing in the next few months.

Monitors I currently have on my list. (and there negatives)

1. Acer XF270HU (No reviews, very little public interest/info)
2. Asus MG279Q (freesync only up to 90hz)
3. Eizo FS2735 (retail cost of 1200 euro)

The above 3 monitors also seem to have very poor QC (backlight bleed).

Would appreciate your opinions/recommendation on this?

I had a couple of the Asus MG's (swapping for Gsync ones due to surround incompatibility with my PG279q). They were very nice monitors. Both were absolutely perfect in regards to BLB/pixels etc. Would have loved to have kept them if they worked at 144hz in surround with my gsync one.
