Possibly useful if you're a restless sleeper? Seems to be all about foods that contain something called Tryptophan which converts to Serotonin and Melatonin, and natural muscle relaxants Potassium and Magnesium.

I thought dark chocolate contained a lot of caffeine or similar.

Yeah, it does seem to be a slightly confused one.

The article says dark chocolate gets a bad rep for having caffeine and causing restlessness but that it also contains serotonin which helps you relax.
