pioneer blu ray drive
re sound card, what medium do you use to listen? headphones? speakers? if so 2.1? 5.1? 7.1?
BeQuiet 750W PSU, you dint list gfx cards, this will run dual cards fine, if only single card you can drop down wattage

sorry, in a bit of a rush now :p its a 1GB 4870 ATI Rad., and gaming is through headphones and music/films through speakers so 2.1 i guess :)

Which you need to do why? Blu-ray still isn't mainstream, so you aren't going to be giving discs to anyone. The only reason you would need a blu ray drive at the minute is to watch blu ray movies, or other media. And they're reasonable priced. But the writer is pointless, and completely overpriced. You're not going to need to use it. DVDs are still plenty large enough to use for storage. Either get a reader or wait until the price of writers falls.

clears up the space of the media pc, and the movies i make :) well theyre more like effect sequences in HD that can take up 1GB in a very very short amount of time. Once the sequence is done i can dump the finished file on along with the raw data.

Its just a hobby but i like it and it looks AWSOME in HD :D

That's a down right lie. You said yourself they only reach 1GB max, you've got plenty of room to breath. Still, if you want to waste money on something that will be half as expensive and five times as good in a year or two then go ahead.

sorry, didnt put it across good enough. Apologies for the disgusting explanation but if there was an explosion and i was to render each body part, blood, fragments, the street and buildings etc and that explosion was say 20 seconds it could possibly take (depending on how many body parts and bricks fly towards ur screen) up to 20GB for me because i dont have a hollywood budget of millions to shoot on site so its all renderd from scratch.

thanks all for your help ill look into the parts mensioned :)
