Freezer 7 Pro rev 2 is on offer this week and will be ok with your cpu. A little higher up in price and size, i have had good results with the Zalman CNPS10X.

Sorry another question. My Ram is rated for 1.8v apparently, if I have to push the voltage a bit further, will it kill it or will be okay?

Nm. According to OCZ itll go to 2.1V anyway.

Freezer 7 arrived today, but the damn bracket was broken on arrival, and I only noticed this after I'd taken my PC apart and removed all the thermal paste from my CPU. Can't use the PC until the replacement gets here >_<
