I am going for everything you specced out for me but I will change the case for a Fractal Define R5 I think as I really like those cases. I prefer the more sleek basic looking ones.

One last question, do you think the 2666mhz ram will be good or should I look to get 3200 Quad channel? Or is that a bit overkill? :)
 
The RAM will be fine at 2666MHz, not as much gain in games etc with faster ram on Haswell-E based systems.

Go for the black PSU for the fractal case maybe? as you can see the PSU, also the connectors on the PSU glow white and you cant turn them off.

Although white PSU could look good along with the other bits.
